  • Very great 9 episodes. I had not heard of the idea that Germany's harsh terms for Russia influenced the type of terms the allies offered to Germany. Were it any different would it have avoided WWII? Somehow I doubt it. I was waiting for the where are they now wrap - up. Germany tried one more time to control Europe, but lost again .... Great Britain tried in vain to maintain itself as a world power etc. lol

  • This is a tremendous podcast and series! Thanks so much. I have been going through all of them - about halfway now. Great work on your part indeed. I took my PhD in history from Berkeley 35 years ago - I only wish my professors were as engaging and insightful as you are on these podcasts.
